Wriggle & Rhyme

Wriggle & Rhyme is an active movement programme for 0-2 year olds and caregivers. Fridays during term time 10.30 -11am at the Oamaru Opera House. Term 3 ends on September 26. Term 4 starts a week later than schools on October 24 and runs until December 12.

Roadwords: A literary tour of Southern towns by four award-winning writers

Four award-winning authors will read from new work and speak about their passion for writing this October. The tour will be calling in a number of Southern towns including Oamaru and will encourage and inspire local readers. Taking part in the tour are Wellington novelist and short story writer, Pip Adam; Dunedin based novelist, Laurence Fearnley; Kapiti fiction and non-fiction writer, Tina Makereti; and Kapiti fiction writer, Lawrence Patchett.

Thursday October 2, 6pm: All welcome
